Dear Readers,
Hello again and Happy New Year! I hope that will be so this time, and that all of you have had as good a Christmas as you've been able to given the circumstances.
The last couple of months of this almost entirely rotten year have given me a bit of breathing space to think. Of course, we're not quite out of the woods yet, still in the midst of an awful pandemic that's seen lives lost, as well as people redundant and businesses collapse, and all our yearly plans have gone up in smoke. As a key worker, I've been luckier than some, but still working hard and mostly outside (which sucks in cold and wet weather).
Now that we're in 2021 however, I'm going to return to the blog, and putting the word out for the cause of male abuse victims of all stripes. Admittedly, with a return to my master's degree coming up in March, more courses related to my job, and generally making up for time lost in 2020, I'm going to be posting and blogging a bit more sporadically, and not everyday like last year.
I'm planning to take a bit of a different approach, and in the future I'm going to focus a lot more on the Men and Boys Coalition, and trying to move forward from the Depp case setback.
In the meantime, do what you can to help turn things around. I'll be open to more ideas, so feel free to DM me on twitter if you have any thoughts.
